Steps to Add a Pin to your Pinterest Account from a Desktop Computer:
1) Log in to your Pinterest account
2) Click the plus sign icon in the bottom right corner of your Feed
3) Select Create a Pin
4) Click the arrow icon to upload the photo or video file from your computer
5) Add a Pin Title and Pin Description
6) Copy and paste your Destination URL (where you want to send Pinners who click this Pin)
7) Tap the “Select” drop-down menu at the top of the pop-up screen to select a Board to save your new Pin to
8) Click Save
