Rez News - Gangs :: Gila River Indian Community - [2002]
We worked for a week with kids on the Gila River Indian Community reservation which is located just south of Phoenix.
The kids decided they would like to be news reporters for the week and create a series of news bulletins relevant to young people living on the rez.
Cafesociety.org spent 5 years working with schools and young people on several of the Native American reservations in Arizona.
