I created this Warehouse material request form to automate and generate requests more easily.
What is the Warehouse material request form used for?
A warehouse material request is a formal process used within an organization to order and allocate materials or supplies from a warehouse.
This procedure ensures that the necessary items are available for various operations, projects, or production activities.
Some of the features:
✔ Generate details in a PDF folder,
✔ Send an email for each request to the relevant authority
✔ Record data through the process (requester and warehouse)
✔ Record data and also pull it into the Print tab ready for print.
