Complete video tutorial about installing RemoteLightWeb on a Raspberry Pi (Linux).
RemoteLightWeb is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that allows to control addressable LED strips (WS2812/11, Dotstar etc) via a web browser. There is no need to install an additional web server, RemoteLightWeb uses the Spring Boot framework, which includes an embedded Tomcat server.

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install openjdk-8-jre
java -jar remotelightweb.jar
nano RemoteLightWeb/config.properties
Run in background:
nohup java -jar remotelightweb.jar &
Run on startup:
sudo nano /etc/rc.local
paste ' su - pi -c "java -jar /home/pi/remotelightweb.jar &" ' before 'exit 0'
