Flying Cessna 172 from Miami to Key West | First Cross-Country Flight!
This is my first flight as a certified Private Pilot in the United States 🇺🇸 — and it was absolutely unforgettable!
Due to stormy weather in the north, we had only one clear direction: south. So we picked the ultimate GA destination — Key West, the southernmost point of the continental USA!
I was joined by Mark, another fresh PPL holder who had never flown to Key West before. The flight turned out beautiful and atmospheric — from breathtaking aerial views over the Florida Keys to our walk through the island city.
