RECIPE OF MIRACLE FLAXSEEDS DRINK
TO BE KEPT IN MIND BEFORE MAKING THE DRINK
• Flaxseeds must be picked and cleaned and stored in bottle for further use
• Flaxseeds must never be washed in water
• Flaxseeds must never be roasted or heated
• Flaxseeds must be ground only while making the drink
• Flaxseeds must never be powdered and stored
• Once flaxseeds is powdered it must be consumed within 15 minutes
• Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Turmeric all must be ground separately and pass through sieve and stored in bottles separately once in 15 days
• Roasted Cumin seeds powder and salt is optional, it is added only to enhances the taste of the drink
• 1 tablespoon = 15 grams and one teaspoon = 5 grams
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO MAKE ONE GLASS FOR ONE PERSON
• Flaxseeds - 15 grams
• Curds - 100 grams
• Cinnamon powder - 2.5 grams
• Fenugreek seeds powder - 2.5 grams
• Turmeric powder - 2.5
• Salt - to taste
• Roasted Cumin seeds - 2.5 grams
• Water 250 ml
METHOD OF PREPARATION
• Grind flaxseeds in coffee grinder
• Put in all ingredients in a mixer grinder jar except water and give a churn
• Add water and churn again nicely
• Drink immediately
FOR CANCER PATIENTS
Follow same recipe as in method of preparation after giving one churn and before adding water add one tablespoon of cold pressed flaxseed oil and churn nicely, after that put more water and churn nicely so that when the drink is poured into the glass to consume the oil must not be seen floating. If it does that means proper churning is needed .
