Life, Well Run Community Heroes - Ellen Francis and Kim Garner
In a unique team nomination, these two Community Heroes exhibited what it means to operate in true collaboration. Always willing to assist Nacogdoches citizens, and 42 employees within the public works department, Kim Garner and Ellen Francis are the “true heartbeat” in the background of the department, according to their supervisor.
