In this video, I modded my Cooler Master H500p mesh to accommodate 3rd radiator, I did a test before adding a third radiator to my setup to see if there is a temperature difference.. Anyways I did apply Liquid Metal on my GPU and replaced the thermal pads as well.
The temperature difference is not bad at all between two vs three radiators.

Radiators used in this setup:
1x 360mm XE by EKWB
2x 360mm SE by EKWB
D5 Pump at Full Speed

PC Configuration:
Ryzen 7 3800X EDC BUGGED
MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon
GTX 1080Ti with XOC VBIOS at 2114mhz / 6300mhz memory at 1.150v
4x8gb 3800 c14 13 13 26 42 1.5v actively cooled
