In this video you’ll see a rusty, old hand drill restoration and I will also do some customization project which I hope you like it. I bought this hand drill from some junkyard and thought it would be an amazing project for restoration.
I disassemble the hand drill and soaked them in a bath of vinegar for 24 hours. Then I scrubbed them to remove surface rust much as possible. After that I sanded off the rest of the rust and finally polished the parts. I also sand wooden pieces thoroughly and took all paint and clear coat off with sand paper. I thought it would have a better look with new and shiny colors. The whole restoration process took me 3 days to complete.
I'm still learning how to work with restoration process. I am so pleased if you tell me what you think about my work in the comments section.
