Cork Bathmat from Wine Corks
This video is on how to make a bathmat out of Alcoholism and Wine Bottle Corks.
Step 1:
Find your local wine farm and smuggle out a tonne o' cork (alternatively ask politely as they tend to have many spare)
Step 2:
Go to your local homestore/building materiasl place and get an off-cut of wood to the desired size.
Step 3:
Slice the top ca. centimetre (and yes it's centimetre not centimeter you rif raf) off the most asthetically pleasing end of the cork and glue gun to the previously acquired off-cut of wood.
Step 4:
Decorate as you see fit. Have a tipple...helps with the craft creativity.
Step 5:
Cover with a rubber sealant (I used a spray can version......transparent obvs). This is important coz the BATHmat will go in the BATHroom and cork is highly absorbent so you with get gross silver, slippery aliens infesting your beloved bathmat if you don't. These are called silverfish......you will know them when you see them and you will flee.
Step 6:
