Harley is a mage/assassin hero who can deal a lot of burst damage and escape quickly with his magic hat. His skills are:

Skill 1: Poker Trick. Harley throws three waves of cards in front of him, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and increasing his attack speed for a few seconds.
