JaysSpawnManager Vehicle Spawner
Context: Vehicles do/will not spawn unless there is a good open spot somewhere near and out of sight of everyone.
First section - I requested a vehicle twice, there are tons of parking spots nearby, my requested vehicle does not spawn because every one of these nearby spots are within my sight; I turn my back (aka I turn around), now looking/facing away, I requested a vehicle again, my requested vehicle does spawn because now there are nearby spots out of sight.
Second section - I requested a vehicle twice, both times that vehicle (coincidentally) spawned behind me out of sight (they can also spawn ahead of you (or in any direction) too though, the "right" conditions just have to be met).
