Disney's Lord of the Rings
This is my submission for the latest contest from Animation Career Review! Their theme this season was of creating a tribute and/or parody of your favorite films. I jumped at the opportunity to pay tribute to two of my favorite fictional universes meshed into one short fake-trailer! I know the idea isn't new--what with a history of crossover attempts by actual studios (Hobbit Beatles! XD), PMV crossover videos, and some cool fan works on deviantart--but I have never seen anyone try to make a cartoon of it! Thought I'd try to break the mold. I didn't get to animate as much as I wanted to but I hope I got as much satisfactory material as possible in such a short time. I really need to put more limits on my creativity when I have a tight deadline next time. Enjoy!
