This has been sitting in my drafts for a little bit now, but we did it! 9-man LCOC has been achieved. Next on the chopping block: EoS reclear into probably EoS 9-man.

I am getting more and more consistent with the heal chrono stuff.
This strat has some cleaner/better organized portals.
We decided to do an earlier rage portal in p3 for the DPS greeders.
We also adjusted some of the malice portal locations to "abuse" the wonky pathing of the malices to make sure we have enough to time to either phase the boss or get to them immobilize and cleaved down.
