Encountering a wild bear in Shiretoko! ~The end of the world? Observing a fox playing with a herd...
Early June 2024 -
We set off on our long-awaited trip to Hokkaido.
Day 10 started at Roadside Station Utoro-Shirietoku.
In the morning, we encountered a bear in Shiretoko! In the afternoon, we observed a fox playing with a herd of deer on the Notsuke Peninsula.
It was a day where we really got to experience Hokkaido's nature.
On Day 11, we headed to the Nemuro Peninsula.
With this, we had conquered the easternmost, westernmost, southernmost, and northernmost points of Hokkaido's main island.
We're finally entering the second half of our trip - the video will continue a little longer.
