Cinnamon buns have to be one of life's guiltiest pleasures. I mean, it's all there. The cinnamon. The brioche dough. The sweet, sticky satisfaction of brown sugar lava burning your fingertips, but you don't care. This is the closest thing I've had to a mall-cinnamon bun, but at home. It's soft, pillowy and just "hits different" (as the younglings would say). If you haven't made cinnamon buns before, this just might be your ticket to a tastier life and a wider waistline.
