Story: After I escaped the Port Mafia.. there was a war between the Mafia and another organization.. this led to Oda (Dazai's friend) getting killed. So.. he decided he needed to find a way to leave the Port Mafia and help people because of Oda's wishes. He thinks the Solars are a step in the right direction for that.
