I have been with eXp Realty for more than two years now and in that time I have focused exclusively on building my business, educating myself on best practices, taking courses, learning, learning, learning and selling as much real estate as I possibly could. I have put zero effort into agent attraction for good reason. I wasn't ready to be a great mentor...but I am now!
I am on pace this year to become an ICON agent (I think I might explain that in this video but definitely will in others), while teaching high school full time.
