Decoding the NEW RECO Information Booklet
RECO or Real Estate Council of Ontario has had some changes rolled out recently that impacts all buyers and sellers. One of those things is TRESA or the Trust in Real Estate Services Act. The purpose of this act is to increase transparency and trust in the Real Estate Industry.
