Optimizing cross-cut and finger-jointing solution for furniture production - Opti-Solution (1528+29)
This Opti-Solution feeds packs of raw material into the line via a Opti- Feed 6000 feeding system. Workpieces pass through a series of MiCROTEC scanners for optimization before being cut by three high-speed Opti-Kap 5103 cross-cut saws. Six Opti-Stack 3000 triple stackers then stack the workpieces and place them on pallets that are automatically fed from pallet magazines.
Workpieces suitable for finger-jointing are fed to the connected Opti-Joint V-8 vertical finger-jointing line. After the finger-jointing process, the lamellas are cut by an Opti-Kap 1000 cross-cut saw and finally stacked by an OptiStack 3000 stacking system.
