Cross-cut line including quality scanner, saw and three automatic stackers - Opti-Solution (1438)
This Opti-Kap solution produces finger-joint components for CLT and glue lam production and is optimized to achieve the required workpiece strength and quality.
It consists of an Opti-Feed 6000 Vack infeed, 1 x Opti-Kap 3003 cross-cut saw and 3 x Opti-Stack 3000 Vack stackers and includes several MiCROTEC scanning solutions for strength grading.
The workpieces are then transfered for further processing to an Opti-Joint V-L long-length finger-jointing solution.
