hi, jiaoqiu has a whole damage increase kit but hoyo said "you know what lets make his debuff do damage too". And yea he does do damage. He is actually a decent pickup for DoT team mains involving kafka, having fire DoT with damage amp is basically guinaifen on crack. COMMENT IDEAS I SOMETIMES MAKE VIDS ON EM PAAWIUGASIUIAWAWCW
