Hsinchu24 – A pictorial view of 24 hours of life in the city of Hsinchu in northern Taiwan told in a little over an hour.
The concept for this had its inception back in 2003, but I never really got started until around three years ago. Progress has been slow as I soon realized what a monumental task I had undertaken.
This is one of the 24 sections that will eventually make up a 75 minute slice of life in Hsinchu.
