Tips
For the first and second phase, study his move sets so you can react and know how to counter them. Always go to his left side since most of the attacks come from his left arm which is the fire.
Run counterclockwise during fire balls.
For the 3rd phase, he will have a new attack which is the ring of fire.
Use the malcontent whistle so you can stun him and attack many times.
When your whistle runs out, apply the always go to the left side strategy hit and run technique.
