Second FERTILIZER APPLICATION // 18-0-1 Greene Punch application
Second Fertlizer application of the year went down today, and it was an 18-0-1 Greene punch application! I have a very green lawn right now, and I intend on keeping it that way. So I’ve been spoon feeding the lawn this season to give it little pops every 2-3 weeks.
Typically, you’re second fertilizer app is 4-6 weeks after your initial feeding. I was 5 weeks out. I do supplement every couple weeks, spoon feeding iron and nitrogen into the lawn. This nitrogen app is half slow release, playing into my spoon feeding plan.
