making the viral tiktok cucumber salad
today I'm making a vegan version of the viral tiktok creamy cucumber salad. I think the original one has salmon in it, which isn't vegan so I left it out lol. if you wanted to you could include some type of vegan seafood (I'm sure vegan salmon exists, if nothing else than the carrot version which I have not tried as of yet). all in all, this was a delicious recipe that I would 100% make again.
the inclusion of msg as well as everything bagel seasoning is very important and would definitely not be the same without it, so yeah. and if you're using a mandolin, be careful! and even if you're not, be careful lol
