Filling sponge cake | ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS
Hello everyone! Today I'm bringing you a pastry classic, a basic sponge cake for filling, perfect for cakes! It comes out delicious and super fluffy. The best part is that we don't use baking powder and we'll make it with only 3 ingredients! If you make it, let me know how it turns out!

INGREDIENTS FOR A 20cm DIAMETER SPONGE CAKE
5 Eggs
150g Plain Sugar
150g All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
The ingredients for this sponge cake are measured using the following formula:
1 egg + 30g sugar + 30g plain flour
Multiply the quantities according to the desired sponge cake size (except for the vanilla essence, add it one tsp at a time)
