INGREDIENTS FOR A 20cm DIAMETER SPONGE CAKE
5 Eggs
150g Plain Sugar
150g All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
The ingredients for this sponge cake are measured using the following formula:
1 egg + 30g sugar + 30g plain flour
Multiply the quantities according to the desired sponge cake size (except for the vanilla essence, add it one tsp at a time)
