Panelist: Dr. Marie Roseline Darnycka Bélizaire, Senior Emergency Manager at the World Health Organization (WHO) Headquarters, brings 19 years of experience in public health emergency management, particularly in humanitarian and complex settings. She played a leading role in managing the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2018-2020) and the COVID-19 response in the Central African Republic (2020-2023).

Moderator: Dr. Phuong Pham, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, is the Director of Education at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative and co-founder of KoboToolbox. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in designing and implementing epidemiological and evaluation research, along with developing innovative technology solutions and educational programs.
