Apptainer Workshop 2023 Part 1
UBC Advanced Research Computing (ARC) hosted a two-part workshop on using Apptainer for your research. While this workshop focuses on UBC ARC Sockeye and The Digital Research Alliance of Canada clusters, the tools are applicable on other HPC clusters.
Part 1 introduces the concepts of Apptainer containers and shows how to use the pre-built Apptainer container.
Part 2 focuses on how to create one's own Apptainer containers by installing the desired tools and editing the containers.
