How to schedule shutdown in Windows?
If you leave your Windows computer on to download large files or finish important updates, you may want schedule a shutdown after a pre-determined time period, like 30 minutes. You may also want to cancel the currently scheduled shutdown.
Commands to use:
shutdown /s /t 1800 (schedules a shutdown in 30 minutes)
shutdown /a (cancels a scheduled shutdown)
