Ball lightning is an enigmatic natural phenomenon which perturbs physicists. Many eyewitnesses have been nearly scared to death. There are video recordings, photographs, detailed descriptions. However, to this day there is no exact scientific theory which can explain everything about ball lightning. It remains one of the most mysterious phenomena in physics.
