Performed by me on the harp, here's an extended version of "Anxious Heart" from Final Fantasy VII for your relaxation! Now, when I make these videos, I usually try to combine beautiful images from the game with some nice glittery video effects. I love glowing golden lights/particles/etc., but in this case, I had to be extra careful to make sure I chose something that didn't look like Nibelheim was about to burst into flame. Hopefully I succeeded. If not, then, I guess I'm off to see my mother...

I received a lot of comments last week that people are indeed feeling anxious lately and this song is currently speaking to them, which is why I decided to create an extended version shortly after. I truly hope this song brings you peace. I encourage you all to be kind to yourselves and one another, and please, please, PLEASE....do not use an entire bottle of shampoo per day on your hair like Sephiroth. You're just asking for an explosion of dry, flaky scalp and brittle hair. I know the canon is that Sephiroth burned Nibelheim after going bonkers in the library, but I'm pretty sure the shampoo overuse was a factor. For all we know, he was attempting to make a DIY moisturizing mask out of highly flammable coconut oil and, as with many DIY hair products, things went terribly, terribly wrong. I don't even want to talk about the time I tried to make a quinoa scalp scrub myself and ended up with quinoa bits stuck in my hair. Wait, I thought the point of this song was to reduce anxiety. Why did I bring this up?!?!?!?!!!
