Deliberate practice involves singling a habit, a routine or piece of knowledge and focusing on improving that one area. Deliberate practice is not about doing more or doing harder, but about doing one thing until it is mastered. Deliberate practice is perhaps the quickest way to become better at something—whatever the something is.
