3.11 Winter Orb Inquisitor
10 Mil dps per projectile, having 8 projectiles and decent enough aoe i guess that always 5-6 hit so 50-60mil shaper dps.
1043 crit multi thanks to easily available crit jewls due to harvest crafting using 10 of those.
Inquisitor gives nice ailment immunity and decent regen and ignoring ele res lets us focus on crit multi and spell dmg.
Only downside copared to assasin is that it lacks movespeed.
Using weapon swap for clear with a obliteration and a fractured fossil explodi wand so farruls fur is a solid choice for free charges.
Elreon ring with -8 mana cost pretty mandatory.
The only rly expensive thing to craft was the helmet and gloves, everything else is easily doable with some harvest crafting.
Dropped the voices so im using them but you could do without.
Very late in the league so nobody will copy this build anyway and it will be impossible to get this kinda gear in the near future i guess.
