The Mission:

Emergency Swap: Replacing the electrically dead drive while praying the "Warning" drive holds up.

The Double Rebuild: Once stable, I pull the drive with SMART errors and rebuild again.

The Expansion: We don't just fix it; we make it better. I’m upgrading the entire array from 4x2TB to 4x3TB and growing the software RAID capacity.
