Police in Porto Seguro arrested the suspect who allegedly threw the head of 19-year-old waiter Mateus Silva da Costa into the middle of a street in the Campinho neighborhood of Porto Seguro. The crime, which occurred on December 6th of last year, shocked the city's population.
