Housing Lottery Bug - Don't Panic!
There's a bug with the housing lottery system in Final Fantasy XIV that counts 0 as a viable lottery ticket entry. This has meant that people have lost out on plots to absolutely nobody (although I suspect Tataru is trying to corner the market).
So if you've lost to Lottery Ticket 0, don't do anything just yet and sit tight - don't get your refund and wait until Square Enix fixes the problem.
