I'm Autistic & Everybody Thinks That I'm Arguing!
Raise your hand high if you can relate to this experience??
Unfortunately, this is an experience many of us are way too familiar with.
This is why stepping back and disengaging is now my immediate reaction to these scenarios.
I need time to recalibrate.. otherwise I am instantly put into a space where I feel like I'm walking on eggshells and have no idea what is happening.
You do not owe people explanations who aggressively come at you, completely unwarranted.
