Why it works: Helps you gauge management compatibility.
7. "What’s one thing you’d change about working here if you could?"

8. "What traits do your top performers in this role share?"
Why it works: Helps you understand expectations and align your strengths.
9. "Based on our conversation, do you have any hesitations about my fit for this role?"
Why it works: Bold but confident—lets you address concerns on the spot.
10. "What are the next steps in the hiring process?"
