Melanistic wall lizard - Lucertola nera podarcis muralis
This is the second fully melanistic wall lizard that I see in my backyard. The black color mutation is extremely rare in this species and it has never been registered in my area. I'm really glad to have a lizard population that regularly carries the melanistic genes.
