We are happy to present this impressive tour of more than four hours, starting with the opening (entrance of the hosts), entering the tents of different beer brands, touring the grounds and enjoying the first day of this spectacular and fun party. We hope you enjoy this new tour!
Oktoberfest (German: 'October festival' or 'October festival') has been celebrated between the months of September and October in the Bavarian capital of Munich since 1810.12 It is the largest volksfest (regional festival) in Germany and one of the largest popular festivals in the world, with average annual visits of more than six million visitors.
It lasts 16 to 17 days, starting in mid-September—always a Saturday—and ending on the first Sunday in October. Only if the German Unity Day holiday (October 3) falls on a Monday, the Oktoberfest is extended by one day and lasts 17 days in total.
It is held in the field known as Theresienwiese ('Therese meadow'), near the center of Munich, near the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof).
