Working Well likes to stay on the cutting edge of all things health and fitness, so we've made an exciting change to the Strength & Conditioning leg of our Corporate Cup Challenge! Out with the bench press; in with the tire flip. The tire flip is a great functional exercise and wonderful way to engage almost all the body’s muscles, build strength, and increase your heart rate. The most important part of performing this exercise is to use proper form. Be sure to train your body and practice prior to the event so you’re all ready for the big day!
