Minecraft Redstone Showcase - Self Cleaning Workbench

So i saw a video from MinecraftPG5 of the self cleaning workbench
and there was 1 problem. The hopper in the minecart was actualy in the Workbench, meaning that whenever you click the bottom half of the block it will show up the hopper GUI. So i desided to fix that and this is what came out of it!
