Why Do People Have ZERO Respect For Other People's Cars? | Scratching & Dents/Dings On Other Cars!
I work in car sales, and the reason paint protection and scratch protection is common... is because it happens a lot. We offer dent/ding replacement for 1 year on new/pre-owned cars because we see it ALL THE TIME. Every single car I've ever owned or driven, which now is 9 cars in the past 10 years has ALWAYS had somebody scratch it, dent or ding it within a few weeks/months of me buying it. Parking lot situations anger me the most. Is it a big deal? Yes and no. A car will get scratches.. but it's different when someone does it to you instead of the car getting scratched from normal road incidents or driving.
