Know that the method of raising boys is one of the most important things, for a child is entrusted and given to the parents for safekeeping, and his heart is a simple, pure gem, unadorned by any designs or images, receptive to everything carved into it and inclined to everything spoken to it. If a child is accustomed and trained to goodness, he will grow up in goodness and be happy in both worlds, and the parents and caregivers who taught him goodness will be rewarded for the good deeds he has done.
But if a child is trained to evil and left without proper upbringing, like an animal, he will be miserable and perish, and the sin for this will fall on his caregivers and guardians. Allah, the Most High, may He be glorified and exalted, said: "O you who believe! "Ward yourselves and your families from the Fire" (Quran, 66:6) - no matter how much a father protects his son from the Fire in this life, he must protect him even more from the Hellfire.
