Bankstown Miniature Railway
Bankstown Steam Locomotive Society Co-op Limited is a non-profit hobby society formed in 1967.
The members share a common interest in Steam Trains and Model Engineering.
Over the years they have built up a friendly club with approximately 800 metres of 5-inch gauge track, as well as a raised 2 1/2, 3 1/2 and 5″ track.
In addition to miniature steam locomotives, the members have a wide collection of miniature diesel-electric locomotives and steam traction engines.
It happens the 2nd Saturday in the month or visit their Facebook page for event information. It's a fun day out.
