Short Luteal Phase - What is it & How to Deal | Trying to Conceive | Low Progesterone
Doing some simple cycle math, I was able to learn my luteal phase was too short! Although I had a very healthy and consistent cycle, not dealing with this hormone issue, would have made it hard for me to conceive.
I'm sharing what the short luteal phase is (some call it "luteal phase deficiency" but this feels too negative), when you should worry about it, and how to tell if your luteal phase is too short (just some quick math!).
