Just another weekend with the 3RUN Family getting after it having the best time training together in Basingstoke Active life Gym. This really is one of the birth places of free running and still to this day we turn up and throw it down! A few of us battling with injuries but we wont be stopped from doing what we love most! Training and smashing the DNB tunes that we are most known for.
