Don't Let People Gaslight You About Mufasa: The Lion King
Mufasa: The Lion King is a film about Mufasa (Simba's Dad) and is a prequal to the first Lion King. It is targeted at children and people nostalgic for the original films.
The film is very a decent story telling us how Mufasa became the lion we know from the animated film. The CGI is of course terrible mainly because of how bland it is but don't let that ruin the story for you.
