For ~26 pieces (~660g):
250g cottage cheese
80g butter
80g sugar
~180g flour
1 tsp. baking powder (with a slide)
pinch of salt
pinch of vanillin
spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg (0.5 tsp. each or to taste)
80g raisins
50g nuts (I have almonds, you can use any nuts)
70g candied fruit (I have pumpkin)
juice of half an orange (you can use rum, cognac).
Bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for ~ 15 minutes. Baking time depends on the peculiarities of your oven.
